Service Description

AgriVoz provides free AI-powered agricultural advice. The advice is based on peer-reviewed research from 40+ international institutions. It is provided for informational purposes and does not replace professional agronomic advice, extension services, or local expertise.

Disclaimer of Liability

Agricultural advice is context-dependent. Local soil conditions, microclimates, pest variants, and other factors can affect outcomes. AgriVoz provides general advice based on published research. For critical farming decisions, always consult a local extension officer, agronomist, or certified specialist.

AgriVoz accepts no liability for crop losses, financial losses, or any other damages arising from following our advice. Use of this service constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer.

Permitted Use

AgriVoz is for genuine agricultural advice. You may not use the service to:

• Test or stress the AI systems beyond normal use.
• Collect responses at scale for commercial resale.
• Submit harmful, misleading, or off-topic content.

NGO and Funder Partners

Minute bundles are non-refundable once delivery has commenced. Unused minutes roll over for 12 months. Impact reports are provided monthly. Partners may not resell minute bundles to third parties without written agreement.

Contributor Terms

By contributing knowledge or corrections, you grant AgriVoz a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use your contributions in the service. You retain credit for your contributions. You confirm that contributions are your own knowledge or based on publicly available research.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of AgriVoz at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for changes that affect NGO partners. The free farmer tier will always exist in some form — this is a core commitment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in English courts.
