Who We Are

AgriVoz is an agricultural AI advisory service built on the fluente.ai platform. We provide free agricultural advice to farmers worldwide in 180 languages. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users — farmers, NGO partners, and contributors.

Data We Collect

Farmers using the free service: We collect the questions you ask and the answers provided. We do not require you to create an account for basic text chat. If you use voice or WhatsApp, your phone number may be associated with your sessions for continuity of conversation.

NGO and funder accounts: We collect organisation name, contact details, and billing information. Impact reports contain aggregated, anonymised question data — no individual farmer is identified.

Contributors: We collect your name, email, professional credentials, and any knowledge or corrections you contribute. Your name appears on answers you improve, unless you request anonymity.

How We Use Your Data

• To answer your agricultural questions accurately and improve future answers.
• To generate impact reports for NGO and funder partners (anonymised and aggregated).
• To attribute knowledge contributions to verified contributors.
• To improve accuracy through our FarmTest and adversarial testing system.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. We use Cloudflare for CDN and edge security. We do not sell data to third parties. Agricultural question data may be used in aggregate to improve our AI models.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at privacy@agrivoz.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use session cookies only — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies. We use PostHog for anonymised analytics to understand how farmers use AgriVoz.
